Patient Success Story
When Maddy reached out to ReNew Me Physical Therapy and Wellness, she was six months postpartum and dealing with back pain that made lifting and carrying her baby challenging. She also had diastasis recti, which left her feeling weak and unstable and prevented her from returning to CrossFit—her favorite physical outlet.

By truly listening to Maddy's experiences and goals, we crafted a personalized plan focusing on foundational core activation and breathing strategies. After just a few short weeks, Maddy could hold her baby through a full church service without back pain. She continued with core and hip strengthening, and after three months of consistent effort, Maddy was back at CrossFit, feeling stronger and more confident than ever.

"From the initial consult, I knew I was in good hands. Courtney listened openly, helped me understand my current situation with my diastasis recti and low back, and set me up to heal and strengthen"
